How to Cancel Your Jumpspeak Subscription

Apple iOS Store or iTunes

On your iPhone,

  1. Go to Settings > [Your Name] Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store > iTunes & App Store
  2. Select your Apple ID: email (top of the screen)
  3. Select View Apple ID
  4. Select Subscriptions > Jumpspeak > Cancel Subscription

***Important Note:

If you do not see Jumpspeak in your list of subscriptions, this means you likely subscribed through the Jumpspeak website or you do not have an active subscription.

Google Play Store

On your Android device,

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap the Menu button
  3. Go to Subscriptions
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel
  5. Tap Cancel subscription

On your Computer,

  1. Go to play.google.com
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
  3. On the left, click My subscriptions
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel
  5. Click Manage > Cancel Subscription

Jumpspeak Website

If you signed up for Jumpspeak through any means other than the Apple iOS store or Google Play Store,

  1. Go to https://www.jumpspeak.com/membership
  2. Go through the prompts and select to cancel your subscription.
  3. You'll receive an email confirmation that your request was submitted.  Please hold onto this email as a receipt of your request.

***Important Note:

If you are still having issues with canceling your Jumpspeak subscription or you have any questions about your subscription, please contact our Support team at support@jumpspeak.com. Make sure to include your Jumpspeak account email within your message.
