Cancel Any Time Policy
To ensure uninterrupted service, all Jumpspeak subscriptions are renewed automatically, using the credit card on file. Standard and promotional subscriptions are billed in one payment at the time of purchase and renew at the end of the initial term.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Jumpspeak’s cancel anytime policy means you can turn off the automatic renewal for your subscription whenever you’d like while keeping your Premium status until your next billing date.
