How To Request A Refund

Apple iOS Store or iTunes

We, at Jumpspeak,  do not have control over payments that occur through iTunes. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund. When you subscribe through the App Store, Apple handles your payment and your subscription directly through your Apple ID. Jumpspeak is unable to help with issuing a refund since payment information isn't processed by us.

Google Play Store

When you subscribe through the App Store, Google handles your payment and your subscription directly.

You can request a refund through Google here.

Jumpspeak Website

If you signed up for Jumpspeak through any means other than the Apple iOS store or Google Play Store, please review our Cancel Any Time Policy here.
